The Hansard Department is responsible for the transcription and publication of proceedings of the National Assembly 

Members’ words are recorded and transcribed into verbatim reports. For now, the transcriptions are limited to plenary proceedings. 

Hansard Report serves as the main reference of publication for Members of Parliament, Government ministries, and the public at large.
