The Finance Department is one of the most important departments of the National Assembly. Its operations is guided by the Financial Regulations 2016, the National Assembly Service Regulations amongst others.
The Director of Finance at the apex supervises seven other staff serving under the Deputy Clerk, Finance & Administration and the Clerk who is the Principal Accounting Officer or the Vote Controller.
