Tracking Your Application

Once you have submitted an application, you can follow its progress from your dashboard.

Application Timeline#

Open any application from your dashboard to see its full timeline — each status change is recorded with a date so you can see exactly where things stand.

Email Notifications#

You will receive email notifications when:

• Your application is received (submission confirmation)
• Your application moves to a new stage (shortlisted, interview scheduled, etc.)
• The HR team sends you a message
• A decision is made on your application

Check your spam folder if you are not receiving emails.

Messages#

The Messages tab on your application shows all communications from the HR team related to that application. You can read messages here but replies are handled via email.

Interview Schedules#

If you are invited to an interview, the date, time, and location (or video call link) will appear on the Application Detail page and in your notification email. Add it to your calendar using the Add to Calendar button.

Withdrawing an Application#

If you wish to withdraw your application, contact the HR team directly via the contact information provided in your application confirmation email. Withdrawals cannot currently be processed through the portal.
