What to Expect
Arrival & Security
All visitors pass through security screening. Please allow extra time for this process.
Registration
Sign in at the reception desk. Valid ID is required for all adult visitors.
Visitor Pass
You will receive a visitor pass which must be worn and visible at all times.
Escort to Gallery
A staff member will guide you to the public gallery or your tour starting point.

- Arrive at least 30 minutes early for sessions
- Switch mobile phones to silent mode
- Follow staff instructions at all times
- Remain seated in the public gallery during sessions

- Bring large bags, weapons, or prohibited items
- Display signs, banners, or political material
- Make noise or interrupt proceedings
- Bring food or drinks into the chamber gallery
- Enter restricted areas without authorization

- By Car: Parking available on premises. Enter through the main gate on Reg. Pye Lane.
- By Taxi: Ask for the National Assembly Building in Banjul. Most taxi drivers know the location.
- By Ferry: From Barra, take the ferry to Banjul. The Assembly is a short taxi ride from the ferry terminal.
