[That this Honourable Assembly do approve the Motion for the Extension of a period of State of Public Emergency in the whole of The Gambia and the period of the Public Emergency Regulations made in accordance with section 34[2] of the 1997 Constitution and Section 5 [2] of the Emergency Powers Act for a period of 45 days effective 3rd April 2020].
