Environment, Sustainable Development and NGO Affairs
Mandate
The Committee on Environment, Sustainable Development and NGO Affairs is mandated to oversee policies, legislation, programs, and institutions relating to environmental protection, natural resource management, sustainable development, and the regulation and coordination of non-governmental organizations (NGOs). The committee ensures that environmental and development initiatives are implemented effectively, sustainably, and in accordance with national laws and development priorities.
Description
<p>The Committee on Environment, Sustainable Development and NGO Affairs oversees policies, programs, and institutions that promote environmental sustainability, responsible natural resource management, and inclusive development.</p>
