Procurement of computers, servers, networking equipment, and related IT infrastructure for the National Assembly.

The National Assembly of The Gambia invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and installation of IT equipment.

Scope of Work

  • 50 Desktop Computers with monitors
  • 20 Laptop Computers
  • 5 High-performance Servers
  • Network switches and routers
  • Cabling and installation services

All equipment must meet the minimum specifications outlined in the tender documents.

Eligibility Criteria

Eligible bidders must:

  • Be registered in The Gambia
  • Have at least 5 years experience in IT supply
  • Provide evidence of past similar contracts
  • Be tax compliant

Submission Instructions

Bids should be submitted in sealed envelopes to the Procurement Office, National Assembly Complex, Banjul.

Bid Bond Required

Amount: GMD 50,000.00

Bid bond must be in the form of a bank guarantee from a recognized bank in The Gambia.
