Interested bidders may obtain the bidding documents from the Finance Department, National Assembly, Banjul, commencing 17th July 2026, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Twenty-Five Thousand Dalasis (GMD 25,000.00).

Completed bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the relevant procurement reference and lot number, and deposited in the Tender Box located at the National Assembly no later than 12:00 noon on Tuesday 4th August, 2026.

Bids will be opened immediately thereafter at 12:30 p.m. in the National Assembly, in the presence of bidders or their duly authorised representatives who wish to attend.
