The National Assembly is looking for qualified a consultancy firm to provide architectural and engineering designs, as well as a detailed Bill of Quantities (BoQ), for a proposed new administrative building annex.
The development responds to the growing institutional demands on the National Assembly Service, which has experienced significant structural expansion in recent years due to increased legislative workload and the creation of new specialised departments. The current physical infrastructure has reached a point of institutional saturation, necessitating a purpose-built facility to centralise operations and foster inter-departmental synergy.
Attached is the Term of Reference for the Consultancy Services for Architectural & Engineering Designs and Preparation of of bill of Quantities (BOQ) for the Proposed new Administrative Building for the National Assembly Service.
Submission should be in a sealed envelope addressed to the Clerk of the National
Assembly, and clearly labelled “Consultancy for Architectural Design and BoQ for
the proposed New Assembly Staff Building Project” and delivered at the Tinder
Box at the New National Assembly Building, Banjul latest Wednesday 17th June, 2026
